A simple and quick recipe for a delicious pilaf in a multivark

If you decide to make a delicious pilaf in a multivark, use this recipe. Plov does not get any worse than cooked in a cauldron. 

Advice: 

1) that the pilaf is especially tasty and crumbly, we recommend taking special varieties of rice: steamed rice, Basmati rice or Jasmine rice. 

2) if you do not want to lose it with spices, then take a special seasoning "For pilaf".

3) Appetizing yellow color will add a dish of turmeric spice. 

What we need:

Meat (we offer to take poultry meat - turkey or chicken) - 450 grams 
Rice - 1.5 
cups Water - 3 cups 
Onions - 1 piece 
Carrots - 2 pcs 
Salt, pepper, spice zira - to taste 
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp .Coffee 
Garlic - 1 head 

Cooking pilaf in a multivarque

Cut meat into small pieces


Rice is washed in cool water at least 5 times


Carrots rub on a large grater


Onions cut into larger

Garlic crush


At the bottom of the pot multivarka pour oil and break the frying of onions, carrots and garlic in the "Hot" (minutes 7-10). We do not close the lid of the multivark.


Add vegetables to vegetables and fry for another 15 minutes. (Stir so that nothing burns!)


Add salt, pepper, spices and, stirring, stir fry for 2 more minutes and turn off the mode. Fall asleep washed rice, add all the water, stir a little. Choose the mode "Pilaf" (or "Rice") and cook until the end of the mode.
