Recently, an international group of scientists has found that exercise helps to avoid depression and cope with its consequences. 

To obtain interesting data, scientists analyzed 49 earlier studies in different countries. Also, researchers for 7 years were monitoring 277 thousand volunteers. All participants were normal mental health. 

After processing the information, it turned out thatpeople who have had constant physical activity in their lives, were less likely to suffer from depression , and if they were depressed, they coped more quickly with it and its consequences. Such results were recorded among the participants regardless of age, gender and place of residence. 

Experts constantly conduct research aimed at preventing depression. They hope that the data obtained during the experiment will help make the population happier and healthier. 

The study proved that sport is necessary not only to improve the physical form, but also to optimize the emotional and mental state.
