Minuses:The human body is not a machine, and the application is not a nutritionist. And no matter how good the meal plan is, it’s still a sample program. And it does not take into account your level of hormones, cholesterol, motor and mental activity. But as a disciplining calculator is quite good!

MyFitnessPal

Cons: With its minimalism, the application sometimes resembles a school wall newspaper: there are no tables with estimates of the thigh girth. Well, it is more than a calorie counter, and does not pretend.
