AirBaltic has introduced a practical rate for 99 euros on flights from Moscow to Riga

Since April 4, 2019, the Latvian airline AirBaltic has introduced Basic fares on the Riga-Moscow route. New prices for flights with only hand luggage will allow passengers to travel between Riga International Airport and Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow much more conveniently and at the best price. In the near future, the airline plans to introduce Basic tickets also on the Riga-Kazan route, so that passengers can take advantage of the price of a flight with only hand luggage on all routes.
According to Martin Gauss, AirBaltic Executive Director, this is “a single offer for all destinations, taking into account the high demand from our passengers.” New Basic ticket prices are ideal for those traveling on business or for a short visit to Riga. And passengers can now pay only for the services they need. Additional services, including baggage check, can be purchased as needed.
In addition, AirBaltic has introduced an additional new and convenient service - passengers can order an additional 4 kilograms of weight to free hand luggage at a price starting from 8.99 euros. Thus, the total weight of hand luggage can reach 12 kilograms.
There are four AirBaltic flights daily on the route Riga-Moscow-Riga. The cost of a one-way ticket at the Basic fare will be 99 euros, at the Premium fare - 139 euros, and at the Business fare - from 639 euros.
Business category flights provide the highest level of service at airports: business lounges, meals and drinks during the flight, absolute flexibility and premium class services throughout the journey. Full list of tickets on the AirBaltic website .
AirBaltic (Air Baltic Corporation) provides flights from Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius to more than 70 destinations, offering convenient connections from Riga to a large number of destinations on its route network in Europe, Scandinavia, the CIS and the Middle East.
In the summer season of 2019, AirBaltic began flights from Riga to Dublin, Stuttgart and Lviv, and in May it will start flights to Kos and Minorca.
AirBaltic Joint Stock Company was founded in 1995. The main shareholder of the airline is the Latvian state, which owns 80.05% of the shares. Lars Tuesen, through the fully owned Aircraft Leasing 1 LLC, owns about 20% of the shares.
AirBaltic fleets include 36 airplanes including 16 Airbus A220-300, 8 Boeing 737 and 12 Bombardier Q400Next Gen. AirBaltic has won numerous international awards for the high quality of service, innovative service and achievements in the field of business restructuring. In 2017, the airline received the CAPA award as the regional airline of the year, and in 2018 and 2019, AirBaltic was awarded the ATW Market Leader award. In 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, AirBaltic achieved the best punctuality in the world.
