- to avoid getting a sunstroke, be sure to wear a hat on the beach; 

- do not rush into the water immediately after sunbathing. Walk along the shore, go to shallow water, rinse your hands, feet and neck with water. Only then you can slowly dive into the water completely; 

- after after you get out of the water, it is desirable to wipe yourself with a towel so that the water drops do not provoke a burn;

Heat and sunstroke

In the case of a sunstroke, the same manipulations are carried out as in the case of a thermal shock.

Intestinal infections

Intestinal infections are very common in the summer. Therefore, do not drink raw water at all, and also more often my hands. Be careful with canned food, sausage, meat, fish - make sure that only fresh and quality products are in the diet. Bear in mind that meat and fish products keep freshness outside the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 hours, eggs hard-boiled in a whole shell - about a day. Vegetables and fruits must be filled with boiling water. In case of poisoning, first of all, prevent dehydration of the body. In the first aid kit, there must be a Regidron. After food intoxication within two or three days, you must follow a strict diet: only oatmeal or rice decoction. To the normal diet, return gradually, because the function of digestion is extinguished.
