Scientists have called a product that reduces stress and aggressiveness

Omega-3 acids are important for maintaining the health of the cardiovascular system, immunity, emotional state, and skin health. In large quantities, Omega-3 is found in fish and seafood, as well as in some vegetable fats
Scientists from the American University, as a result of the studies conducted, concluded that regular consumption of unsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 can reduce stress and aggressiveness. 

Also, studies have shown that children who eat high in Omega-3 food are calmer compared to their peers who do not consume these fats. 

According to the author of the study, stress can cause physiological changes in the body, which leads to aggression and emotionality. Omega-3 has not only a sedative effect, but also a positive effect on brain activity - it improves memory and concentration of attention. 

In large quantities, Omega-3 is found in marine  fish and seafood, as well as in some plant products and vegetable fats (flaxseed oil, flax seeds, avocado, olive oil, nuts). 

Earlier, experts from China had proved that regular consumption of seafood and a number of other products with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids  had a positive effect on the cardiovascular system . This reduces the mortality rate.
